1. What you are buying
DUNNO Direct is a one-time digital purchase of €9.99 EUR — there is no subscription and no recurring charge. After a confirmed payment you receive a personal download link to the DUNNO Android app (APK) for the direct (non-Google-Play) edition. The same personal link also gives access to future updates of the direct edition at no extra cost.
2. Payment methods
- Bitcoin — via our own self-hosted BTCPay server. The order is completed only after the Bitcoin payment is settled.
- Card or PayPal — processed by PayPal. Card payments do not require a PayPal account. The order is completed only after the payment is confirmed and captured.
All amounts are shown in euro (€). Payment details are handled by the respective provider; we never see your full card or PayPal credentials.
3. Delivery
- The personal download link is shown on the order page and/or sent to the e-mail address you provide (your choice).
- Delivery is digital and immediate once the payment is confirmed.
- Keep your link private. It is personal and may be watermarked; sharing it can cause future updates to stop working.
4. Right of withdrawal & refunds
You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. By completing the payment you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has started (article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive).
Independent of the above, we handle the following cases:
- Duplicate or double charge — refunded in full.
- Payment succeeded but you received no working link — we fix it or refund in full.
- Unauthorised card/PayPal payment — handled through the provider's dispute process.
- Refund or reversal of a payment — the associated personal download access is automatically revoked. An app already installed and activated cannot be disabled remotely.
To request a refund, contact us at dunno.download@gmail.com with your order ID. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
5. Licence
Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use the DUNNO direct app. Redistribution, resale or public sharing of the APK or your personal link is not permitted.
6. Privacy
We keep as little data as possible. If you choose e-mail delivery, your address is stored only in an encrypted order database and removed after one month. Your download link expires/gets pruned per our retention settings. Payment data is processed by PayPal/BTCPay, not by us.
